Shipping rates & delivery estimates
No2Hair.com provides 100% FREE SHIPPING Worldwide. Shipping includes all applicable Duties & Taxes.
All orders are aimed to be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please email us at support@no2hair.com if you are experiencing any delays.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
No2Hair.com is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is our responsibility. If you have been charged any duties or taxes, please scan and send us the receipt and we will reimburse those charges, usually within 1-2 business days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation measures will vary depending on the following circumstances: If you cancel the order before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund. If the order has already been shipped out, then we will deduct our Postage charges at cost. The minimum shipping charge is $50 USD. Purchasing from outside the United Kingdom (UK)

All electrical appliances sold through our website come equipped with a UK 3 pin or a EU 2 pin 220v mains adapter. All products listed on our website are Bivolt, 110-240v and can be used anywhere in the world with the help of a local Adapter which is provided FREE of cost with every purchase. Please refer to our T&C's for further details.

Damages
If the damage is only discovered when you unpack it (hidden by the packaging), you must report the damage to us IMMEDIATELY of receipt so that we can process it. We always want to investigate the damage, so you should take one or more pictures of the damage and the outside of the box and packaging. You may not return, sell or repair the damaged goods without contacting us first. Contact us as soon as possible at support@no2hair.com
Once you have done this, we will deal with your complaint as soon as possible.
